Josh and his team did a fantastic job on our remodel! We built a garage out of a carport, remodeled an old laundry room into an office, built a new fence, improved the facade and installed a garage door. Josh was very communicative, responsive, reasonably priced and professional. He has an excellent aesthetic eye and designed a beautiful new fence for us that really is a work of art. He also did all of this during a very difficult time with constant COVID related supply chain issues. All in all we had a very good experience with Josh and his team and would highly recommend them.

We recently hired Josh (owner of Visualized Precision) to finish the trim installation in our new construction home as our previous general contractor abandoned the job. While Josh was onsite doing trim, he was a valuable asset in taking over the general contractor responsibilities. There were many challenges and complexities to our project and Josh was able to take them on and he did an outstanding job. Josh is very conscientious about doing a thorough job and he does not take shortcuts. He is also working with our cabinet maker on the installation and trimming out of our cabinets.
